By accessing or using the iAI application ("iAI", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use iAI.
2. License to Use
iAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and its services for personal and professional use, subject to these terms.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use iAI for illegal activities.
4. User Data
You retain all rights to your data. iAI does not claim ownership over content you input. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of iAI after changes constitutes acceptance.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers
iAI is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
10. Parking Services (iAI Park Smart)
iAI Park Smart is a navigation and documentation tool only. It detects your GPS location and launches third-party parking provider applications. iAI Park Smart does not process, initiate, or complete parking payments on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your parking session is correctly started and payment is completed within the third-party provider's application. iAI Technologies accepts no liability for parking fines, penalties, charges, or disputes arising from incomplete, failed, or incorrect transactions with any parking operator or provider.
The ParkProof document generated by iAI Park Smart confirms only that the app was launched at a given location and time. It does not constitute proof of payment.
